What is ProfitOS AI?+
ProfitOS AI is an AI CFO platform that analyzes your financial documents, scores your business health across five dimensions, detects money leaks, and surfaces a prioritized action plan ranked by dollar impact.
Do I need to connect my bank account?+
No. ProfitOS AI never connects to your bank. You upload only the documents you choose (P&L, balance sheet, CSV exports), giving you full control over what we analyze.
Which file formats are supported?+
We support PDF, Excel (.xlsx), and CSV exports of P&L statements, balance sheets, cashflow statements, AR/AP aging reports, and most accounting-software exports (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.).
How fast is the analysis?+
Most analyses complete in 2 to 5 minutes. You'll get your business health score, money-leak detection, and a prioritized action plan in a single session.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures each user only sees their own records. Uploaded documents are processed ephemerally and not retained after analysis completes.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the current period.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. You can run your first analysis for free with no credit card required. Paid plans unlock unlimited analyses, scheduled reports, team access, and advanced features.

No. ProfitOS AI complements your accountant. Your accountant handles compliance and bookkeeping; ProfitOS AI surfaces the strategic financial decisions that drive profit.
