1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ProfitOS AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ProfitOS AI provides AI-driven financial analysis. Insights are advisory only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for business decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration info and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the Service; (b) upload unlawful content; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) use the Service to spam or harass.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by ProfitOS AI. You retain ownership of the documents you upload.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that insights will produce specific financial outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitOS AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
